Myth about eggs
Everyone says eggs are very healthy and that’s true! They are
BUT
Eggs sold in stores can be up to 6th months old. When the yoke becomes yellow not orange, it means it has lost a lot of nutrients
This is coming from a farmer at my school. Grow your own eggs and buy locally.
